HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Life's A Gem has been in business designing and selling jewelry since 1995 serving both the Long Island and New York City areas. We developed a dedicated and loyal following and expanded to the Internet in 1997 where we now sell our fine line of jewelry and watches both Nationwide and Internationally.

In order to keep our prices below any competitors, we do not currently have a showroom. IS YOUR MERCHANDISE AUTHENTIC?
All merchandise that we sell is One Hundred Per Cent (100%) genuine and authentic. All watches that we sell are real, purchased from Authorized Dealers or their affiliates and shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging with all pertinent paperwork. We do not deal with imitation goods or gray-market merchandise. Watches (unless specifically stated as Pre-Owned) are brand new with all original parts. They are NOT refurbished in any way, they are NOT considered factory seconds, nor are they replica products. All watches (unless specifically stated) have original manufacturer’s serial numbers intact.

All Chopard Jewelry is brand new and authentic with serial numbers, purchased from Authorized Dealers or their affiliates and is shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging with all pertinent paperwork.


IS YOUR MERCHANDISE NEW?
All merchandise that we sell (including watches) is and are Brand New. Watches are shipped in all original manufacturer's packaging with paperwork. At various times, we may offer "Vintage Pre-Owned Merchandise" for sale, however, this will be clearly and conspicuously marked as such prior to sale. Unless clearly advertised as a "Vintage Pre-Owned Item", merchandise is new.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) satisfied with your purchase.
Please examine our liberal return and exchange policy below before purchasing.
Because we are committed to your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange any item (with exception of Chopard and special order items) for an equal or higher value item within thirty (30) days of receipt.
We will also gladly accept any item for a refund within seven (07) days of receipt , however, we are forced to apply a 15% (Fifteen Percent) restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs due to the high cost of returns. We regret the fact that we cannot waive this fee because Life's A Gem has been subjected to abuses in our return policy in the past and we do not want to raise our prices (like other companies do) to compensate for returns. Please note that merchandise being returned for refund or exchange must be shipped back to us (at customers' expense) in same condition as received in and in all original packaging with all pertinent paperwork, i.e., watches not worn, not damaged, no links removed and no engraving. Worn, altered or damaged merchandise will NOT be accepted for return or exchange and will be shipped back to customer at their expense. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by emailing us or calling our customer service line. Please note that Special Order items, such as Police Jewelry, engraved jewelry, Photo Engraved Jewelry and CHOPARD Jewelry are FINAL SALE ONLY and are not eligible for return or exchange.


YOUR PRICES ARE SO LOW, HOW CAN YOU BE SELLING AUTHENTIC MERCHANDISE?
All merchandise that we sell is ONE HUNDRED PER CENT (100%) GENUINE AND AUTHENTIC! Life's A Gem purchases all watches and Chopard Jewelry via "Authorized" dealers and/or their affiliates (Industry wholesales and distributors). We therefore, buy merchandise at the same low prices as the Authorized dealers however; we are not bound by the same pricing restrictions as these dealers. Since we are primarily a mail order business and do not have fancy expensive showroom locations or salesperson commissions to pay, our overhead is very low and we can in turn, pass the substantial savings on to you.

Life's A Gem also stands behind the merchandise we sell and will warranty watches purchased from our website under the same terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.


I FOUND THE SAME WATCH CHEAPER, CAN YOU BEAT IT?
While Life's a Gem has been consistently lower than our competition in the last several years, it has come to our attention that some vendors seem to think that "Bait & Switch" is the way to go. Life's a Gem has built it's reputation by offering Low Prices, Authentic Merchandise and Extraordinary Customer Service. We cannot beat the price of an item that is not of the same caliber. We will not sacrifice our reputation by offering inferior merchandise just to get a "Quick Sale". Our loyal customers can attest to the fact that we do not "Play The Game" that seems to run rampant over the internet. However, if you care about the same things we do....

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
YES, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards for any and all Domestic Orders (within United States) subject to verification by your issuing bank. We DO NOT accept credit cards for any International Orders.


ARE YOU AN AUTHORIZED DEALER?
No, LIFE'S A GEM is not an authorized dealer. However, all merchandise that we sell is ONE HUNDRED PER CENT (100%) GENUINE AND AUTHENTIC. It is purchased from either an Authorized Dealer or one of their affiliates. Merchandise is shipped in original manufacturer's packaging complete with pertinent paperwork, however, since Life's A Gem is not an authorized distributor; the warranties are provided by Life’s A Gem and not by the manufacturer but UNDER THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE MANUFACTURER.


HOW CAN I VERIFY THE AUTHENTICITY OF MY PURCHASE?
LIFE'S A GEM does not deal in "imitation", "second-hand" or "fake" goods. You may take your purchase anywhere, including, the manufacturer, to verify authenticity. In addition, LIFE'S A GEM offers a full seven (7) day return policy on your purchase in the event that you are not satisfied.

YES. In order to keep our costs down and continue to offer you substantial savings, Life's a Gem will be happy to contact you and take your order.
