Life's A Gem stands by all the merchandise sold on this site. We warranty all jewelry sold against defects for a period of thirty (30) days. We warranty all of our watches sold from the date of purchase for the full manufacturer's warranty period under the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer (see Watch Warranty FAQ & Jewelry Warranty for further details). Our guarantee is in effect provided that the watch purchased from Life's A Gem is not damaged due to mishandling, neglect or abuse.

RETURNS

Life's A Gem will gladly refund your full purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee within (07) seven days of merchandise receipt providing that the merchandise that is being returned is not a custom item (ie. Police Badge or Photo Gold, Nameplate, etc.). Watches or jewelry must not be worn, used, damaged or altered (ie. links removed). All items that need to be returned must include the sales receipt, original packaging, boxes, and instructions and customer must call to obtain Return Authorization Number prior to returning item(s). Customer pays all shipping & handling charges. Life's A Gem has always been a leader in the area of customer service and will stand behind all of it's merchandise.
